Sardy Field Airport is just eight miles from
Snowmass Village. Three airlines offer direct flights to Aspen - United Express,
America West Express and Northwest Airlines and many connecting flights from
Denver (DIA) are available throughout the day.
airport Shuttle Service:
We encourage a car-free experience while
attending the conference.
The Town of Snowmass Village provides free shuttle service to most locations
in the Village. Buses depart from the shuttle terminal located just below
the village Mall on Daly Lane.
Ground Travel:
From the Aspen Airport:
Turn left onto Hwy 82 and travel for approximately 2 miles. Turn left onto
Brush Creek Road (there is a traffic light) toward Snowmass Village/Snowmass
Ski Area. Follow Brush Creek for approximately 5 miles, until you reach the
Village.
From Denver:
Take I-70 West towards Glenwood Springs, follow instructions from 1-70 below.
From Salt Lake City:
Take I-70 East towards Denver, follow instructions from 1-70 below.
From I-70:
Take the Hwy 82 exit at Glenwood Springs toward Aspen. Follow Hwy 82 for approximately
38 miles. DO NOT turn at the first sign for Snowmass; this will take you to
Old Snowmass. Follow the signs for Snowmass Village/Snowmass Ski Area. Turn
right onto Brush Creek Road (there is a traffic light) toward Snowmass Village/Snowmass
Ski Area. Follow Brush Creek for approximately 5 miles, until you reach the
Village.
Hotel Accommodations:
Snowmass Club is located 9 miles from the Aspen town center , 8 miles from the airport, and is serviced with a free shuttle. Please request the shuttle service when making your hotel reservation.
Attendees are responsible for their own accommodations. We have secured discounted room rates at The Villas at Snowmass Club. Rooms are deluxe two- or three-bedroom villas each with a spacious living room, fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and deck with mountain views.
Woodrun Place is also available with one, two or three -bedroom accomodations. Woodrun is located approx 1 1/4 mile from the Snowmass Club, with free shuttles.
